How will I know if I’ve won tickets?
One of CanTeen’s friendly staff members will give you a call.

If I win, how will I get the tickets?
Depending on the event, you will either receive an electronic ticket via email or your name will be added to the guest list for the event. We will confirm this with you by phone or email.

I’ve been told that I’ve won tickets, but don’t have any confirmation details. What should I do?
If your event is less than a week away and you don't have your ticket information, please contact us.

What if I can't attend anymore?
If you can no longer attend the event, please contact us at least 3 days beforehand. As tickets are limited, unfortunately we aren't able to allocate them for different dates

I'm under 18, can I still apply?
If you're under 18, you can only win tickets to the events that are all ages.

Can I bring a friend or family member?
Tickets come in sets of two, so you can allocate your second ticket to whomever you like! Please note if the event is 18+, you and your guest will both need to be 18+ to attend.
